Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment, except for custom-made or non-returnable products.
After Shipment:
Once tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled. However, it may still be eligible for return (see Return Policy below).
Pre-Orders / Backorders:
These may be canceled any time prior to shipping unless otherwise noted.
The following items may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase:

Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., frame colors, upholstery, logos)

Products marked as non-returnable
30-Day Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery

Condition: Item must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging

Proof: Photos or videos are required to verify condition

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or damaged.
For Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
For Non-Defective Returns:
If you simply changed your mind, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Damaged Deliveries
In the rare case your item arrives damaged:
Upon Delivery:

Inspect your items carefully

Take clear photos/videos of any damage
If Freight (LTL) shipment:

Note visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing
Report Timing:

Parcel Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS): Report within 7 days

Freight Carriers: Report before the driver leaves

We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to send replacement parts or a full replacement at no additional cost.
Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused for reasons other than shipping damage:

You are responsible for all shipping costs (outbound and return)

A refund will be issued after the item is returned, inspected, and approved (within 10 business days)
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
